Welcome to OMGC Ladies' Section
Message from the Ladies Captain - Lynne Simpson
We are a small but friendly section, with lots going on during the course of the year.
The Ladies Section has regular "fun days" throughout the year, where we play 8 holes of golf as a texas scramble, followed by food, chat and a social get together in the clubroom. We normally hold raffles on these days, with proceeds going to the Captain's Charity which in 2009 is Cancer Research UK. This is a great, fun way to play golf with no pressure.
I will be sending out regular email newsletters, to keep everyone up to date with what is happening at the club, so please include your email address on your membership forms so you do not miss out.
The Committee members and I will be available for any questions you may have. We look forward to a happy golfing year, and seeing as many of you out on the course, taking part in as many competitions and matches as possible.
